Orders are packed and dispatched from Thanjavur within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

International orders
We ship worldwide with a minimum order of 5 kg. Shipping is charged separately and quoted through the International Orders form. Customs duties or import taxes in your country are paid by the buyer.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are food, we can't accept returns once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, leaked or wrong, message us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and product, and we will send a replacement or refund the item.
Cancellations: orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched.
Made fresh for you
Everything we sell is made without preservatives, so it has a natural, limited shelf life. That's why we don't keep large stocks. Regular orders usually dispatch within 2 days. Bulk orders are freshly prepared after you order them, so please bear with us if dispatch takes a little longer than usual. We'd rather make it fresh for you, so you get the truest homemade taste.
